Haytham and Jonati

Two characters from my Defiant Dove series (which will likely never be completed). Haytham is a peregrine falcon living in New York when he meets Jonati, a dove. He at first dislikes her, seeing her as only opposition and a possible victim to his people, but frequent run-ins leave him confused about his feelings. Upon discovering he actually has feelings for her, he makes his advances, but she apparently has none of these feelings. Living in a world where Peregrines and Doves do not get along, his confession can leave them both in danger from their families.
That's the story anyways.
